Pump Testing Division
Our workshop covers a roofed area of 1000m², with a 850m² yard.
We have a Pump/Motor/Valve Assembly Division, Cylinder Division, Hose & Fitting Division and a Truck Hydraulic Auxiliary Repair Division. Each division is supported by its own testing station.
Pump & Motor Assembly Division
Sophisticated test benches ensure that all repairs to pumps, motors, valves and auxiliary equipment comply with OEM specifications. All replacement components are sourced from the OEM sector, ensuring that every repair leaving our workshop conforms to the required specifications.

Our company founder, Johan van der Westhuizen, was privileged to be trained in France on high-pressure Poclain equipment and was a leading member of the team that build the first ever “Complete Hydrostatic Shuttle Car” in the World. As such he understands the value of continued training and is committed to providing such opportunities to his team.

Our company is fully equipped to repair any hydraulic breakdown in the Utility Services, the Mining Industry, Earthmoving Equipment, Water Authorities, Civil Engineering, Construction Industry, Agriculture, Refuse Equipment, Power Stations etc.
We make use of high-tech equipment to test various parts of a hydraulic system. Each pump, motor, directional control valve and hydraulic cylinder has its own test bench that is fitted with heaters and coolers to heat-up or cool-down the oil to simulate true working temperatures of the machine. The different horsepower motors drive the pumps at the correct RPM and torque to ensure optimal test conditions. As a result we achieve the most accurate and true test conditions, ensuring a representative test result.
Our workshop is further equipped with three lathes, a milling machine, two lapping machines, a tool and cutting-grinder and a surface grinder with coping grinder attachments. In our hose and fitting section we have two high-pressure hose crimping machines and a hose Schiving and hose cutting machine which is supported by a comprehensive stock of fittings to meet any requirement. The last item in our 1100m² workshop is our radial drill for line boring port blocks.
In our 850m² yard we have a cleaning bay with oil traps and high pressure cleaners, and we are always conscious of our environmental responsibilities.
